摘    要:试验观测了施用外源GA_3后葡萄果实的生长发育及内源激素变化动态,结果表明:25 mg/L GA_3处理对果实生长发育有明显的促进作用,果实纵横径、干鲜重均明显高于对照;糖分积累速率增加,酸的变化进程加速;果肉细胞数目、细胞体积均显著增加。外源GA_3对果实内源激素也产生影响:处理后不但提早了玉米素峰值的出现,而且提高了峰值;生长素的含量在整个生育时期都高于对照;内源赤霉素在前期提高很多,但盛花后23 d含量与对照差异不大;脱落酸含量前期提高,后期的上升推迟,但其上升速度比对照快。

Effects of Exogenous GA_3 on Fruit Development and Endogenous Hormones in Fujiminori Grape
Abstract:In this experiment the variation of grape fruit in development and endogenous hormones were observed. Results showed that fruit growth were promoted after applied with 25 mg/L GA_3: fruit length, diameter,fresh weight and dry weight were all higher than control's It also promoted the sugar accumulation and accelerated variation of acidity cell number and volume were increased .The treatment also affected endogenous hormones  GA_3 treatment advanced the date and the height of peak of ZRs. Content of IAA was higher than the control's during all period, Content of GA_3 was higher than the control's at earlier stage, but showing no significant differences on 23 days after full bloom. The treatment also advanced the content of ABA at earlier stage and delayed the date of rising, but the speed of rising was faster than that of control.
