| Abstract: | Heilongjiang planting extensive system is perfect,which is the main body of our provincial Agro-technical extend.In the long run it takes on both provincial and country's work and make positive contributions to improve integral production ability of cereal,increase peasants' income,raise farmers' quality,and make rural economy stable,etc. |
