高寒牧区杜藏、萨藏F1代羔羊早期育肥试验

为探讨高寒牧区杜泊、萨福克与地方品种杂种F1代羔羊育肥性能,本试验用黑头杜波、黑头萨福克羊的细管冻精授配当地高原型藏羊,在羔羊早期补饲、自由采食精料补充料的饲牧条件下,观察高寒牧区杂种F1代羔羊的适应性及育肥效果。结果表明:在同一饲牧条件下,杜×藏、萨×藏F1代羔羊比藏羊,初生重分别提高35.31%和24.33%;3、5月龄体重分别增加6.3 kg(P<0.01)、5.50 kg(P<0.01)和9.55kg(P<0.01)、8.19 kg(P<0.01);0~5月龄日增重分别增加56 g和49 g;5月龄收入分别高257.85元和221.13元,且5月龄育肥收入明显高于3月龄。以杜波、萨福克羊与当地藏羊杂交F1代适应性好,杂种优势明显。杜×藏、萨×藏是适宜当地藏羊优质商品肉羊生产的优秀杂交组合。

Experimental on Lambs Early STraight Line Fattening of F1 Generation of Duzang and Sazang in Alpine Pastoral Area

In order to explore the fattening performance of F1 lambs in Dubo,Suffolk and local Tibetan sheep in alpine pastoral area,this experiment used the fine-tube frozen sperm of Blackhead Dubo and Blackhead Suffolk to assign local high-prototype Tibetan sheep in the early stage of lambs.Under the feeding conditions of supplemental feeding for the early feeding of lambs and free-feeding concentrate supplements,the adaptability and fattening effect of hybrid F1 lambs in alpine pastoral areas were observed.The results showed that under the same feeding condition,the weight of F1 lambs of the Du×Tibetan and Sa×Tibetan increased by 35.31%and 24.33%,and the body weight increased by 6.3 kg.5.50 kg and 9.55 kg,8.19 kg;daily weight gain from 0 to 5 months increased by 56 g and 49 g,income at 5 months was 257.85 and 221.13,respectively.The fattening income at 5 months old was significantly higher than that of 3 months old.The F1 generation of Dubo,Suffolk sheep and local Tibetan sheep was well adapted,and the heterosis is obvious.Therefore,Du×Tibetan and Sa×Tibetan are excellent hybrid combinations suitable for the production of high quality commercial meat sheep from local Tibetan sheep.
