摘    要:为研究不同山药品种插穗在不同浓度、不同类型生根剂处理下的生根情况,特开展山药枝条扦插快繁试验.试验结果表明,山药插穗的生根率随NAA和IBA溶液浓度的降低而升高,其中十堰田薯(SY)用50 mg/L IBA处理时插穗生根率最高,为83.33%;广州田薯(GZ)用50 mg/L NAA处理时插穗生根率最高,为70.00%...

Abstract:In order to study the rooting effects of cuttings of different yam cultivars in different concentrations and different types of rooting agents,we carried out the rapid propagation experiment of branch cuttings for yam.The results showed that the rooting rate of yam cuttings increased with the decrease of NAA and IBA solution concentrations.The highest rooting rate of SY yam cuttings was 83.33%when IBA concentration was 50 mg/L,and the highest rooting rate of GZ yam cuttings was 70.00%when NAA concentration was 50 mg/L.Under the treatment of the rooting agent and the water(CK),the rooting rates of different yam cultivars were 51.67%-71.67%and 46.60%-58.33%.Therefore,it is recommended to use different rooting agents for treatment according to different cultivars in actual production.
