摘    要:应用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定复方布他磷注射液中布他磷的含量,采用C8色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,粒度:5μm),以甲醇:0.1%磷酸水溶液(10∶90,V∶V)为流动相,流速1 ml/min,示差折光检测器检测。该反相高效液相色谱法测定的布他磷浓度在0.64~0.96 mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系;回归系数r2=0.9992;样品溶液至少在24 h内稳定(RSD=0.13%);进样精密度(RSD=0.18%)良好;高、中和低三种浓度下布他磷的回收率均大于99%(RSD<1.0%),回收率良好。本法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方布他磷注射液中布他磷含量的测定。

Abstract:A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the content of butafosfan in compound butafosfan injection.Butafosfan was determined on a C8 column(5μm,4.6×250 mm,SunFireTM)using methanol:0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(10∶90,v∶v)as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The differential refractive index detector was used.The results were that the linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration was determined as 0.64~0.96 mg/mL by RP-HPLC.The regression coefficient was 0.9992.The test solution was found to be stable for at least 24 hours(RSD=0.13%)and the reproducibility of the injected sample was shown to be good.The recovery rates of butafosfan at high,medium and low concentrations were more than 99%(RSD<1.0%).The above results proved the method to be simple,rapid and accurate,and it was helpful in determining the content of butafosfan in compound butafosfan injection.
