荷兰豆种子超干燥贮藏效果研究初报

摘    要:将自然干燥的荷兰豆种子含水量由10. 98%降至7 .56%、5 .68%和4 .64%后, 干燥封闭贮藏1a, 期间每隔3个月检测1次种子的生活力和活力。结果显示: 含水量7 .56%的种子生活力和活力保持得最好, 各项检测指标均显著高于对照; 而含水量5 .68%和4 .64%的种子生活力和活力下降明显, 各项检测指标均显著低于对照。适度干燥有利于荷兰豆种子的贮藏, 但种子的含水量至少应保持在5 .68%以上。

Abstract:Reducing the water content of air-dried seeds from 10 .9 8% to 7.56%,5.68% and 4.64,respectively,and close storage for 1 a.The result s showed that the viability and vitality of the seeds with the water content of 7.56% were the highest,while the viabilities and vitalities of the seeds with t he water content of 5.68% and 4.64% decreased sharply.It was indicated that m oderate desiccation was good for the storage of P.sativumvar.Saccharatum seeds,but the water content of the seeds should be kept over 5.68%
