荷兰豆种子超干燥贮藏效果研究初报

将自然干燥的荷兰豆种子含水量由10. 98%降至7 .56%、5 .68%和4 .64%后, 干燥封闭贮藏1a, 期间每隔3个月检测1次种子的生活力和活力。结果显示: 含水量7 .56%的种子生活力和活力保持得最好, 各项检测指标均显著高于对照; 而含水量5 .68%和4 .64%的种子生活力和活力下降明显, 各项检测指标均显著低于对照。适度干燥有利于荷兰豆种子的贮藏, 但种子的含水量至少应保持在5 .68%以上。

Study on the Effect of Desiccation Storage of P.Sativumvar.Saccharatum Seeds
