捻转血矛线虫扫描电镜的补充报告

本文对采自上海绵羊真胃的捻转血矛线虫进行扫描电镜观察。对该虫齿、颈乳突、排泄孔、肛孔、纵纹、横纹和交合刺超微结构作了补充描述,并讨论了交合刺构造。

SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT OF HAEMOCHUS CONTORTUS BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCPY

The present paper deals with the scanning electron microscopic observations of Haemochus contortus,obtained from the stomach of a sheep in Shanghai. The ultrastructure of the styler (Fig.1-3),cervical papillae (Fig.4-7), excretory pore (Fig.8) anus (Fig.9),longitudinal and transverse cuticular striations (Fig.5,7,8),and spicules (Fig.10,11) of Haemochus contortus is supplementary described.The structure of spicule is discussed.
