夹竹桃叶提取液的抑菌作用研究

摘    要:用杯碟法,以夹竹桃叶提取物为材料,选用大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母、拟康氏木霉为实验菌种,测定了夹竹桃叶的丙酮提取物对各实验菌种的抑菌圈并比较了各浓度提取液放置不同时间的抑菌效果.试验结果表明,夹竹桃叶提取液对各实验菌种均有抑制作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最为明显.

Abstract:The inhibition zones of acetone extract from Nerium indicum Mill.leaf on bacteria of E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Trichoderma koningii were determined by cylinder plate method and the bacteriostatic effects of extracted solution with different concentrations in difierent time were compared in this article.The results indicated that the extracted solution from Nerium indicum Mill. leaf has bacteriostatic effect to each experimental bacteria, and the bacteriostatic effect of which on Staphylococcus aureus is the most significant.
