摘    要:研究建立了用四合一免疫胶体金快速检测试剂板同时快速检测水产品中残留的4种硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的方法。结果表明,该方法检测速度快、时间短,准确率高。最低检出限为AOZ 1.0μg/kg、SEM 1.0μg/kg、AMOZ 2.0μg/kg、AHD 2.0μg/kg。假阳性率小于5%;假阴性率为0;对实际样品的检测结果与仪器方法一致。4种硝基呋喃类代谢物的免疫胶体金快速检测试剂板法具有操作简便、快速、直观的特点,可用于对样品进行现场快速筛查。

Abstract:A method was developed for the rapid detection of 4 kinds of nitrofuran metabolite residues in aquatic products by u-sing quadruple-immuno colloidal gold immunochromatographic with reagent plate. The results showed that this method had fast de-tection speed and high accuracy,and it needed short testing time. The lowest detection limits of AOZ,SEM,AMOZ and AHD were 1. 0,1. 0,2. 0 and 2. 0 μg/kg,respectively. The false positive rate was less than 5%,and the false negative rate was 0%. The sample test results were consistent with those obtained by instrument method. The operation of this method was simple,rapid and in-tuitive,and it could be used to quickly screen aquatic product samples at the scene.
