| 摘 要： | 从仔猪的眼球中克隆GRIFIN基因,研究GRIFIN在仔猪不同组织中的分布情况。结果成功克隆出猪GRIFIN基因,全长466 bp,包含一个完整的开放阅读框架432 bp,编码144个氨基酸。组织分布结果显示GRIFIN在断乳仔猪多种组织均有分布。

| Abstract: | The coding sequence of GRIFIN was cloned from the tissue of piglet.The gene expression of GRIFIN in various piglet tissues was amplified by RT-PCR.The result showed that the full length of GRIFIN was 466 bp,including an open reading flame of 432 bp,encoding 144 amino acids.Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that GRIFIN mRNA could ubiquitously express in various piglet tissues tested. |
