麦蛾茧蜂在3种寄主上生物学特性的比较

摘    要:在(26±1)℃,相对湿度50%~55%,光周期L14∶D10的条件下,以米蛾、大蜡螟和玉米螟幼虫为寄主,研究了寄主对麦蛾茧蜂生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明,3种寄主对麦蛾茧蜂的雌雄比没有影响。但麦蛾茧蜂在3种寄主上的产卵数量、发育历期、雌蜂寿命、卵的成活率均存在显著差异。麦蛾茧蜂在米蛾和大蜡螟上可以大量繁殖,而在玉米螟上产卵数最少(185粒),雌蜂寿命最短(11 d),卵的成活率最低(12%),不适合麦蛾茧蜂生长发育的需要。

Abstract:The development,survivorship and fecundity of Bracon hebetor Say in three pyralid host species(Galleria mellonele,Corcyra cephalonica and Ostrinia furnacalis)(Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) were studied under the laboratory conditions of(26±1)℃,50%~55% relative humidity(r.h.) and 14∶10(L∶D) photoperiod.The results showed that the three pyralid host species had no effect on the female/male ratio of the Bracon hebetor Say.However,there were significant differences in the ovipositing amount,the developmental duration and the female longevity and the egg survival rate.Bracon hebetor Say may reproduce massively in Galleria mellonele and Corcyra cephalonica,but the ovipositing amount was least(185 eggs),the adult female longevity was shortest(11d),the egg survival rate was lowest(12%) in Ostrinia furnacalis,which did not suit for its reproduction.
