节水工程措施投入产出关系定量分析

发展农业节水，对我国全面建设小康社会、促进经济社会的可持续发展至关重要。结合江苏农业常用节水措施投入产出关系的典型资料，采用有效的随机数学方法建立了同一地区不同节水措施，及同一节水措施不同地区下的投入产出关系定量模型。进一步定量分析一定成本下的效益变化，及一定效益期望下的成本控制，系统研究了这类节水措施下投入产出的内在关系。

Quantitative Analysis on the Relation between Investment and Output of Water Saving Engineering Measure

Combining with typical data of relation between investment and output of normal water saving measure in Jiangsu province, using effective random mathematical method, this paper set up the quantitative analysis model for the relation between investment and output of various measure in the same district or the same measure in various district. The author also quantitatively analyzed the benefit change under definite cost, the cost control under definite expected benefit, and the internal relation between investment and output of this type water saving measure.
