| 摘 要： | 为观察麻黄鱼腥草口服液对人工感染鸡支原体病的治疗效果,将180羽20日龄健康鸡随机分成6组,经鸡毒支原体标准株R株感染后,用麻黄鱼腥草口服液高、中、低剂量组进行饮水治疗,并将酒石酸泰乐菌素设为对照。研究结果表明:当饮水中的浓度达到4 mL/L时,连用7 d,对鸡毒支原体感染鸡有明显的治疗效果,能显著降低对气囊的损伤,同时提高感染鸡的平均增重,有效率为96.7%,治愈率为60.0%。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the therapeutic efficacy of mahuangyuxingcao （MHYXC） oral solution on chickens artificially infected by Mycoplasma gallisepticum （MG）, 180 chickens which were 20 days old and had no MG infection were randomly divided into six groups. The chickens had been infected by MG R strain, and were treated with MHYXC oral solution of high dose, mid- dle dose and low dose through drinking water, tylosin was as the control. The results indicate that the solution has a perfect effect on the MG-infected chickens for 7 days via drinking water with the concentration reaching 4 mL/L, and can obviously lessen the balloon injury by MG and elevate mean weight of infected chicken. The efficacy and the cure rate are respectively 96.7% and 60.0%. |
