"无标底招标"面面观

近年来,就浙江、沈阳和南京等地对建筑市场试行“无标底招标”执行的结果来看,“无标底招标”有着无法替代的优点,包括:降低投资成本,提高工程质量;规范有形建筑市场,体现招投标的公平、公正性;提高施工企业内部管理水平和自身素质及有利于强化合同管理等几个方面。运作之初虽会产生这样那样的弊端,但随着我国“入世”及与国际惯例的接轨,将会使“无标底招标” 成为招投标市场的主流。

Unfixed cost bidding method must be the mainstream in Chinese constructing market despite of these defects ultimately.
