小麦白粉病已知抗性基因的效应及评价

摘    要:1985—1988年间,分别用四川各地的小麦白粉菌混合菌株接种在含有已知抗白粉病基因的小麦品种上,鉴定其幼苗期及成株期的抗白粉病性能。据测知:Pm4a、Pm4b、Pm2x抗性基因在四川是高效的。Pm2+Pm6基因组合虽然有效,但品种间可能由于遗传背景不同,表型的发病轻重出现差异。M1d+Pm2基因组合有效,控制抗性较为稳定。Pm2抗性基因一般有效,也有品种表现中感。Pm8基因在四川的有效性已大为减低,但若导入Pm4或Pm2x等其他有效基因,构成新的基因组合,仍具有高效性。含有“XBD”基因的我国新疆小白冬麦,不同年度间表现免疫或中抗。含有其他已知抗性基因(Pm 1、3、5、6、7、9、M1i)的品种,各年间均表现高感或中感。试验中还测定了贵白64号等白粉菌株的毒性,该菌株具有能克服Pm4a和Pm4b,但不能克服“XBD”抗性基因的毒性基因。

Abstract:Wheat cultivars carrying identified resistance genes to powdery mildew were inoculated by mixed isolates collected from various places in Sichuan during1985-88.The resistances of wheat cultivars were assessed at both seedling and adult stages. Pm4a, Pm4b and Pm2x were highly effective in mildew resistance. Pm2+Pm6 was effective but the cultivars possessing the gene combination showed higher or lower values of average coefficient of infection resulting probably from their different genetic background. MId +Pm2 combination was also effective. The effectiveness of Pm8 has decreased at present, but if Pm4 or Pm2x was combined with it, they would show high effectiveness. The variety Xiao-Bai-Dong-Mai carrying "XBD" gene exhibited immunityor moderate resistance to the fungus in different years. Cultivars carrying other genes (Pm 1,3,5,6,7,9,Mli) were susceptible to the mildew isolates tested. In the experiment, the isolates of Guibai 64, 81-7241 pathotype and Baibai 411 were tested, the virulence gene of Guibai 64 overcame the resistance gene of Pm4a and Pm4b, but could not overcome "XBD".
