摘    要:选用二硫化钼(MoS2)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、石墨、玻璃纤维、碳纤维等填料填充超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE),研究了这些填料对UHMW-PE摩擦磨损、表面硬度和冲击强度等性能的影响。结果表明:填料使UHMW-PE性能发生显著改变,其中碳纤维克服了UHMW-PE表面硬度低、抗磨粒磨损能力差等缺点,是最为理想的填料。对填料在UHMW-PE中的作用机理进行了分析和讨论,为UHMW-PE的性能优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMW PE) possesses many outstanding physical and mechanical properties and may substitute metal materials widely applied in mechanical field. The friction and wear properties of UHMW PE composites filled with MoS 2?PTFE?carbon fiber?glass fiber and graphite were studied by a MPV200 friction and wear tester and a caustic wear tester. At the same time, the effects of fillers on impact strength and rigidity of UHMW PE were discussed. Experimental results show that graphite?MoS 2?PTFE reduce the friction coefficient of UHMW PE, but glass fiber increases the friction coefficient of UHMW PE, and all the fillers reduce impact strength of UHMW PE. Carbon fiber can not only increase the surface rigidity of UHMW PE, but also greatly reduce the wear of UHMW PE, so it is a kind of perfect filler to UHMW PE. Furthermore, the mechanism was systematically analyzed, which laid foundations for optimum structure and property of material.
