摘    要:通过水提、水提75%醇沉物和水提80%醇沉物的方法制备蒲公英全草、根的提取物,比较蒲公英不同部位对大肠杆菌和金葡菌的抑菌效果,从而确定出最佳抑菌有效部位和提取方法。方法:采用药敏试验,测定蒲公英全草、根对大肠杆菌和金葡菌抑菌效果。结果:蒲公英全草、根能有效的抑制两种菌,对金葡菌作用较明显。结论:蒲公英全草的抑菌效果优于蒲公英根,水提75%醇沉物抑菌效果优于水提和水提80%醇沉物的抑菌效果。

Abstract:Through water extractive,water extractive 75% alcohol precipitate and water extractive 85% alcohol precipitate to prepare extractive of dandelion herbs and root. Dandelion compared to E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus in different parts of the antibacterial effect,to determine the best location and extraction of effective methods ofinhibition.By sensitive paper disk method to determine the inhibitor effect of dandelion herbs and root on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Dandelion herbs and root have conspicuous inhibitory action on the two kinds of bacteria,there is more sensitive tO Staphylococcus aureus.Dandelion herbs is better than root, antibacterial effect of water extractive 75% alcohol precipitate is superior to water extractive and water extractive 80% alcohol precipitate.
