提高精子活力试验

为了促进畜牧业发展,人们从多方面探索控制家畜性别的方法,根根X精子和Y精子大小不同,也有可能将两种精子过滤分开。精子通过葡聚糖凝胶柱就是一种过滤方法.实验证明葡聚糖凝胶G_(50)和G_(25)都能滤过精子,但是滤下的精子活力与使用的冲滤液有很大关系.我们试验了几种冲滤液对家兔精子过滤后活力的影响,结果表明,脱脂乳盐水冲滤下的精子活力最高,脱脂奶粉盐水的效果也相当好,马精清盐水较差,单纯生理盐水最差.

An Experiment on Raising the Activity of the Filtrated Spermatozoa

Owing to the different sizes of X and Y spermatozoa, these two kinds of spermatozoa could be separated by filtration. The column of sephadex was one of the methods for filtrating spermatozoa. This experiment showed that the column of sephadex G50 and G25 could filtrate the spermatozoa. It was found that there was close relationship between the activity of the filtrated spermatozoa and the flowingfiltrating fluids. By studying the influence of several flowingfiltrating fluids on the activity of f iltrated rabbit spermatozoa, it was proved that the de-cream-milksaline solution had the best effect on the activity of spermatozoa, the de-cream-milkpowder-saline solution had the better effect,the horse semen serum-saline solution was not good, and the saline alone was the worst.
