弯杆菌富集培养试验

本文报道了一种固－液双相培养系统富集培养弯杆菌的方法。这种双相培养系统系由在扁瓶底层制备的胰胨大豆胨琼脂平板与平板上层覆加的改良布氏肉汤所构成。在常规培养条件下，双相培养系统与单纯改良布氏肉汤进行培养对比试验。结果表明，两种培养方法之间存在着显著差异（ｐ＜０．０５），双相培养系统明显地优于单纯改良布氏肉汤。

A Study on Enrichment Cultivation for Campylobacters

An improved enrichment method for cultivation of campylobacters using a solid-liq-uid double phase system which consists of making tryptone-soypeptone-agar plate on the bottom ofthe flat-seeded bottle and being overlaid with the improved brucella broth is presented. Under com-mon condition,the growth features of Campylobecters in double cultual system was comparedwith that in improved brucella broth. The result showed that the bacteria grown in the former weremuch more luxuriantly than in the latter(p<0.05).It is suggested that this method be and econom-ic,simple and effective technique for the research of campylobacters.
