| 摘 要： | 在分析农用地分等的概念和原理的基础上，结合密云县农用地的实际调查数据，运用“因素法”作为农用地的分等方法，通过计算土地利用系数、自然质量分等指数，对密云县农用地的等别情况进行了划分。并在此基础上，提出了农用地分等在密云县的应用方向以及密云县农用地分等工作中现存的一些问题，最后通过分析所出现的问题，提出了一些具体的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of basic concept and principle of agricultural land classification and actual survey data from agri- cultural land in Miyun County, factor method was used to divide all agricultural land of Miyun county through counting land use coefficient and the classify index of natural quality. On this basis, the application direction and existing problems of agricultural land classification were analyzed, and some solving measures were proposed lastly. |
