| 摘 要： | 本文在分析农用地分等的概念和原理的基础上，结合密云县农用地的实际调查数据，运用“因素法”作为农用地的分等方法，通过计算土地利用系数、自然质量分等指数，对密云县农用地的等别情况进行了划分。并在此基础上，提出了农用地分等在密云县的应用方向以及密云县农用地分等工作中现存的一些问题，最后通过分析所出现的问题，提出了一些具体的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition and principles of Agricultural Land Classification Analysis, combing survey data of farm land in Miyun County, the grade classification of agricultural land in Miyun County has been proceed by applying ＇Factor Approach＇ as a mean of agricultural land classification, as well as through calculating land-use factor and the factor of grading the quality of nature. On the basis of previous result, the direction of application of agricultural land classification in Miyun County is proposed, as well as several problems existing in grading Miyun County agricultural land are raised. In conclusion, some concrete solutions are given through analyzing the existing problems. |
