| 摘 要： | 采用毛活体取汁技术，在不破坏竹林生态平衡的情况下，平均每株毛竹可取鲜汁３００ｍｌ，每根竹鞭可取汁液１２００ｍｌ。经巴氏消毒后，在常温下，竹汁可保鲜１个月左右。取汁的最佳时间为每年４￣５月。用电钻在离地面高２５ｃｍ以下的竹秆上打洞取汁最为理想。

| Abstract: | Sap was collected from live bamboo(Phgllostachys pubescens)withoutdamage to the
ecosystem of bamboo stands.From each bamboo an average of300 ml of fresh sap was got and
from thizome 1200 ml,which could be keptfresh at normal atmospheric temperature for about l
month after pasteuriza-tion,The first ideal to get the sap was from april to May each year
byelectrically drilling holes on the stem below 25 am above the ground. |
