| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了福建省农业科学院在农业科技创新、促进"五新"(即新品种、新技术、新农药、新肥料、新农机具)成果转化等方面的主要管理措施与运行机制,总结了近3年来在科技创新和服务"三农"方面所取得的工作进展与成效,并系统分析了农业"五新"推广工作中存在的困难和问题,提出了新时期农村"五新"成果与技术推广的对策。

| Abstract: | Main management measures and operational mechanism of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in agricultural science and technology innovation and transformation were introduced in the paper. The development and effectiveness in technology innovation and agricultural service in last 3 years were summed up. Current problems in agricultural ＂Five-New＂ （new cuhivar, new technique, new chemicals, new fertilizers and new machine） work development were analyzed systemically. The countermeasures were put forward to promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology in the future. |
