抗植物病毒剂研究进展和面临的挑战与机遇

摘    要: 就抗植物病毒剂研究进展进行综述,并简要介绍病毒的危害、防治现状,文中回顾抗植物病毒剂的研究历史、抑制物种类、研究与开发的进展、现状与动向;指出抗植物病毒剂的实用化研发面临的困境与挑战,其中牵扯到多学科的相关发展与相互协作,强调药理研究在抗植物病毒剂研发中的意义,并连同其它学科和相关技术的进展给抗植物病毒剂研究所带来的机遇,最后对抗植物病毒剂的前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The research history of antiphytoviral agents was screened in this paper. The types and respective advances were summarized. On the other hand, It's pointed that the research and exploitation for practice, which involved in the advances and cooperation of other science subjects, was confronted with plight and challenges due to the backward of research on the mechanisms or pharmacology of antiphytoviral agents. As far as the challenges were concerned, the role and significance of research on mechanisms and pharmacology were pointed out and gave detail discussion in terms of theory and method, declaring that the further breakthrough of antiphytoviral agents' research and exploitation of usage for practice, to great extend ,would lie in the advances of mechanisms and pharmacology's research——the progress of other science subjects and the mechanisms together with the pharmacology bring new opportunities to antiphytoviral agents' research and exploitation. Finally, the development of antiphytoviral agents was prospected. What's more, the harm and present defense to plant virus were also concisely introduced and analyzed in this paper.
