小麦黄矮病病指遗传研究

摘    要:采用3×4不完全双列杂交,对两个遗传背景不同组合4个世代进行黄矮病GAV株系接种鉴定。结果表明,病情指数遗传主要由基因效应控制,其狭义遗传力达90%,遗传决定度在97%以上;组合"R97473×鲁麦14"的F2呈3∶1分离比率,组合"R97473×临丰116"的F2分离较为复杂;后代BYDV病指的表型变异因亲本的遗传背景不同而具有差异。

Abstract:Using 3×4 incomplete diallel cross,four generations were appraised with GAV plant in combinations of different genetic backg round.The results showed that the genetic of BYDV disease index were controlled mainly by gene effects,and it''s heritability in narrow sense reaches 90%, heritability in broad sense reaches 90% upwards.The character of separation on F2 of combination "R97473×Lumai 14" is 3:1,while the combination "R 97473×Linfeng 116" is more complex.Surface variance of BYDV disease index was different with genetic backg round of the parents.
