食品质量与安全国家级特色专业建设与实践

摘    要:通过对我国食品质量与安全专业发展现状及主要问题的分析,河北科技大学在食品质量与安全国家级特色专业建设中制定了新的人才培养方案,在优化课程体系,改革教学方式方法,构建渐进式多元化实践教学体系等方面进行了探索与实践,学生的个性得到充分发展,创新能力与实践能力得到了显著提高。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the present situation of food quality and safety major education in China and the problems existing in its development,a new personnel training scheme was put forward during the construction of state-level characteristic specialty of food quality and safety in Hebei University of Science & Technology.In the new scheme,an exploration was conducted on the optimization of curriculum system,integration of curriculum content,improving teaching methods,strengthening personalization education,establishing student tutorial system,perfecting second classroom teaching,constructing an incremental practice teaching system and amalgamating production,education and research.Therefore,the students’ individual characters were developed in an all-round way,and their ability of practice and innovation was enhanced notably.
