小桐子离体培养的初步研究

摘    要:分别以小桐子的叶柄和叶片为外植体,进行不同的BA和NAA浓度配比试验。结果发现:小桐子易于诱导愈伤组织。其中MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L效果最佳。最佳的生根配方为1/2MS+IBA0.2mg/L。用白糖和自来水代替对应的材料对试验结果影响不显著。

Abstract:Leaves were used as explants. Callus induction and plant regeneration were studied on MS medium containing different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA. The results showed that the callus ofJatropha curcas was easy to induce. The effect of medium MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L was the best among the all. The medium 1/2MS with 0.2mg/L IBA was best for the growth of adventitious roots. The edible sugar and tap water can be used to replace the sucrose and distilled water.
