金鱼藻改善精养池塘水质的效果试验

摘    要:采取连续测定方法,研究了金鱼藻对改善水族箱水质的作用。试验结果表明,金鱼藻可以显著改善养殖鱼池的水质,在试验设定的投放密度范围内,金鱼藻密度越大,其水体中溶解氧(DO)越高,各试验组在第5天的DO均保持在6mg/L以上;内梅罗水质综合营养指数表明,当金鱼藻培植密度为6g/L的时候其净化水质效果最佳,对总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(TAN)、亚硝氮(NO2--N)的去除率分别为:82.16%,75.68%,49.21%,56.67%。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of water purification by hornwot (Ceratophyllum demersum L.). Consecutive monitors of water quality in aquariums with different density of hornwort have been done. The resuhs indicated that hornwort was obvi- ously effective in improving water quality of intensive pond. Based on specific condition of this experiment, the higher the density of hornworl, the higher the dissolved oxygen (DO); DO in various aqum'iums with different density of hornwort could reach above 6 mg/L on 5th day of the experiment. The Nemero Index of water quality in different experiment groups showed that hornwort of 6 g/L was the most effective in water purification. And in the experiment group with hornwort of 6 g/L, the removal rate of total nitrogen(TN), total phospho- rus(TP), ammonium nitrogen (TAN), nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N) could reach 82.16%, 75.68%, 49.21%, 56.67% respectively.
