| 摘 要： | 大学生的心理素质不仅影响到他们自身的发展,而且也关系到全民族素质的提高,更关系到跨世纪人才的培养,教师素质对大学生的心理健康具有重要影响,这是由大学生的身心发展特点和教师的职业特点决定的。探讨教师素质对大学生心理健康的影响问题,不仅有助于对大学生的指导与帮助,而且有助于教师之间的沟通与互动。

| Abstract: | college students psychological quality affects not only their own development but also related to the improving of the whole nation,and also related to cross-training of personnel.Teacher＇s quality has an important impact on the student＇s mental health,which is the decision of university students＇physical and mental development and teachers＇characteristics of occupational characteristics.Discussion on the quality of teachers on the impact of mental health of college students,not only contribute to the guidance of college students and help the communication between teachers and interaction. |
