摘    要:内涵式发展是区域性农业中职院校做大做强的必由之路,必须从科学确定办学定位、切实稳定办学规模、不断提高办学质量和加强师资队伍建设等方面入手,在为地方新农村建设和现代农业发展培养好大量实用型、技能型人才的同时,同步实现院校自身的改革发展。

Abstract:The connotative development is an approach indispensable to building effective schools of agricultural vocation.The connotative development must involve the reform of the school operation in its efforts to train the practical,skillful talents for local rural construction through the proper positioning of school as an institute of vocational education,the stabilization of school size,the improvement of education quality and the upgrading of professional qualification and teaching performance of staff.
