辣椒疫霉抗甲霜灵菌株的致病力研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下诱导辣椒疫霉对甲霜灵产生抗性 ,然后测定所得抗性菌株和野生亲本型菌株对辣椒的致病力。结果表明 :辣椒疫霉易对甲霜灵产生抗药性 ,抗甲霜灵 (Mrt)突变株HF 1 T、LA 1 T和驯化 (Trt)抗性菌株HF 1 Y、LA 1 Y与其野生亲本相比 ,其对甲霜灵的抗性水平均在 5 0 0倍左右 ;在含甲霜灵的CA平板上 ,其抗药性较稳定 ;所得的抗性菌株无论抗性倍数多大 ,其对辣椒的致病力与其野生型亲本菌株没有明显差异

Abstract:The pathogenicity of mentality-resistant isolations of Phytophthora caprice was studied in vitro. The results showed that the metalaxyl-resistant isolations (M1) of P. caprice were acquired easily by metalaxly (MET) induction and the isolation resistant MET(T1) were obtained easily by MET taming (directional selection), too. The resistant level of the Mtr(HF-1-T,LA-1-T) and Ttr(HF-1-Y,LA-1-Y) could be over 500 times higher than that of wild-type and metalaxyl-sensitive(Mts) parental isolation. The resistance to metalaxyl was stable if the isolations were preserved in CA medium with metalaxyl. The pathogenicity of Mtr isolations and Ttr isolations to capsicum have no significant difference. The results suggested that the pathogenicity of P. caprice have no relation to metalaxyl-resistance.
