UV-C照射对番茄幼苗生长和保护酶系统的影响

摘    要:室内条件下,在距番茄幼苗顶端30cm用紫外灯(UV—C)每隔1d、2d和3d照射一次,每次照射5min,到第4片真叶完全展开,分别照射9、6、5次。结果表明,随着UV—C照射次数的增加,即照射间隔天数的减少,番茄幼苗的株高、节间距、叶绿素含量降低,叶片增厚;照射次数在不超过6次时对茎粗无显著影响;幼苗POD、CAT活性和MDA的含量随UV—C照射次数的增加而增加,但SOD活性呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Under room condition,the tomato seedlings with 1true leaf were placed in 30 cm distance under the ultraviolet lamp(UV-C)and irradiated for 5 min each time and for totally 9,6 and 5 times(in 2,4 and 6 days interval,respectively) till 4-true leaf stage.The results indicated that the plant height,the internodial distance and the chlorophyll content all decreased with the increase of irradiation dosage,the activity of POD,CAT and the content of MDA all increased,but the activity of SOD reduced,the stem diameter was not influenced too much if the irradiation was not more than 6 times.
