摘    要:采用盆栽法,以冷季型草坪草品种高羊茅为研究对象,研究了2种植物生长抑制剂(抗倒酯0.24 mL/m2、多效唑400 mg/m2)对高羊茅草坪草株高、叶绿素含量和草屑量的影响。结果表明:抗倒酯的药效灵敏性和抑制生长的效果快于多效唑,但是多效唑的药效持续期长于抗倒酯。2种生长抑制剂对叶绿素含量的影响,前期效果差异不显著,后期均显著提高了叶绿素含量,且叶绿素含量表现为抗倒酯处理〉多效唑处理。该研究可为草坪管理实际应用生长调节剂提供理论依据和指导。

Abstract:The effects of two types of plant growth inhibitor trinexapac-ethyl and paclobutrazol on the plant height,chlorophyll content and clipping yield of cool-season turf grass tall fescue were studied using potted experiment.The results showed that the sensitivity and growth inhibition effect of trinexapac-ethyl were better than those of paclobutrazol,while the persistent period of trinexapac-ethyl was shorter than that of paclobutrazol.The chlorophyll content could be increased significantly at later stage by the two types of growth inhibitor,and it was higher with the treatment of trinexapac-ethyl than that of paclobutrazol.This research could provide theoretical basis and guidance for the application of growth regulator on lawn management.
