低温诱导对星豹蛛存活率的影响

本研究通过比较低温条件下星豹蛛的存活率以及明确温度诱导对低温条件下星豹蛛存活的影响，旨为探索星豹蛛（Pardosa astrigera L．Koch）种群动态与低温的关系，可为分析星豹蛛种群的发展趋势提供依据。将雌雄星豹蛛成蛛分别置于人工恒温培养箱中，进行低温处理（-4．0、-3．5、-3．0、-2．5、-2．0、-1．5、-1．0、-O．5和0℃，处理5min）和低温诱导（0、2、4、6和8℃，诱导2h）2项试验，而后置室温下2h，检查雌雄星豹蛛的存活情况。结果表明：在-4～0℃低温范围内，雌雄成蛛的存活率随处理温度的升高而上升，且相同低温和处理时间条件下，雄蛛的存活率显著高于雌蛛；在0—8℃诱导温度范围内，雌雄星豹蛛的存活率均呈抛物线变化，其中经4℃低温诱导的存活率均最高，且相同诱导温度和诱导时间条件下，雄蛛的存活率高于雌蛛。从而可知，雄性星豹蛛的耐寒性明显强于雌性星豹蛛。

Effects of Low Temperature Induction on Survival Rate of Pardosa astrigera L. Koch

In order to explore the relationship between population dynamics of Pardosa astrigera L.Koch and low temperature,the effects of low temperature induction on the survival rate of P.astrigera were studied.The male and female adult spiders were exposed to low temperature of-4.0 ℃,-3.5 ℃,-3.0 ℃,-2.5 ℃,-2.0 ℃,-1.5 ℃,-1.0 ℃,-0.5 ℃ and 0 ℃ for five minutes,and were induced at 0 ℃、2 ℃、4 ℃、6 ℃ and 8 ℃ for 2 hours.The results showed that the survival rate of adult spider increased with the increasing of temperature at-4-0 ℃,and that of male was significantly higher than that of female at the same temperature with the same treatment time.After induction for 2 hour at 0-8 ℃,the survival rate of male and female adult spiders followed parabola,which was the highest after induction at 4 ℃,and the survival rate of male was higher than that of female at the same temperature induced same time.It coud be concluded that the cold tolerance of male was significantly higher than that of femal.
