黄瓜耐低温弱光品种的评价体系与应用

摘    要:选择低温弱光抗性水平不同的16个品种为研究对象,对其在低温弱光逆境下的光合代谢、相关生理生化指标和形态指标进行了测定,在此基础上建立了实用性强的早期黄瓜低温弱光耐受性鉴定方法和体系,并用于黄瓜育种材料的选择,取得了较理想的结果,同时对该体系的稳定性、可操作性、选择压力和标准化等进行了讨论。

Abstract:Sixteen cucumber cuhivars with different adaptability to low temperature and weak light were employed. Indexes on photosynthesis, physiology and biochemistry, morphology under low temperature and weak light were measured. Efficient early stage identification method and evaluation system for low temperature and weak light adaptability were developed and used in the germplasm selection. The stability, operability, selection pressure and standardization of the evaluation system were discussed.
