贵州天门冬种质资源遗传多样性的ISSR分析

摘    要:为了给合理地保护、利用与开发天门冬种质资源提供科学依据,采用ISSR分子标记技术对分布于贵州省不同生态环境的24份天门冬材料进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,8个引物共扩增出多态性带158条,多态性位点百分率为98%;材料间遗传相似系数在0.670 8~0.993 8,平均值为0.765 7。ISSR技术适合分析天门冬的遗传多样性,贵州天门冬具有较丰富的遗传多样性,可分为4个大类,野生种基本符合地域性分布规律。

Abstract:To provide scientific basis for reasonable protection,utilization and exploitation of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.genetic resources in Guizhou,the study used ISSR markers to analyze the genetic diversity of 24 species from different ecological environment in Guizhou.Eight primers produced 158 polymorphism bands,with the percentage of polymorphic band(PPB) of 98%.The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.670 8 to 0.993 8,with an average of 0.765 7.ISSR method was suitable for analyzing genetic diversity of Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.in Guizhou.Asparagus cochinchinensis(Lour.) Merr.showed an abundant genetic diversity,and could be clustered into four groups.Genetic diversity of the wild species was basically in line with their geographical distribution.
