三元杂交多性状综合杂种优势测定方法的改进

本文应用主成分分析原理提出测定三元杂交多性状综合杂种优势的改进方法，将多性状综合杂种优势定义为各主成分杂种优势与其相对重要权乘积和。此法消除了性状间相关和环境因素的影响，所获得的综合杂种优势估计值合理可靠。本文所提出的方法也可用于测定其它类型杂交试验多性状综合杂种优势。

MODIFICATION OF THE METHOD OF MEASURING SYNTHETIC HEIEROSIS OF MULTI-CHARACTER IN THREE-WAY CROSS EXPERIMENTS

Based on the principle of principal component analysis, modification of the method of measuring synthetic heterosis of multicharacter in three-way cross experiments was presented.The synthetic heterosis of multi-character was defined as the sum of products of principal components with their relative weights.Using this method, correlation among characters and effect of environments are eliminated.The obtained estimate of synthetic heterosis is rational and reliable. The presented method can be used to measure synthetic heterosis of multi-character of other kind of cross experiments.
