紫薇秋末水分参数与抗寒性关系

摘    要:为了研究紫薇秋末枝叶水分参数与冬季抗寒性的关系,选用10个优良单株的1年生扦插苗为材料,采用P-V技术于秋末落叶前测定各无性系P-V曲线,并依此获得ψ 、RWC0、ψ 以及εmax等水分参数。应用气相色谱法进行膜脂脂肪酸组分分析,并于冬季不同时期对各无性系的相对电导率、可溶性糖、POD、SOD等抗寒指标的动态变化进行测定,并获得抗寒性的综合评价。将水分参数与抗寒指标及综合评价进行相关性分析表明,大部分水分参数与冬季不同时期的抗寒指标存在不同程度的相关性,其中ψ 及εmax最为显著,ψ 相关性不明显,RWC0没有相关性,ψ 及εmax与综合评价相关性极显著,ψ 相关性显著,RWC0没有相关性。

Abstract:The aim was to realize the relationship between the water parameters in late autumn and cold resistance.Ten one-year-old clones of Lagerstroemia indica L.were selected as the experimental materials, and the water parameters(ψw0 ,RWC 0 ,ψ s 0 and ε max ) were measured by P-V technology before leaf abscission in late autumn.The fatty acid composition of cell membrane was analyzed by gas chromatography and the cold resistance had been comprehensively assessed according to the dynamic changes of relative conductivity, soluble sugar,SOD and POD activities in winter.The data revealed that the most of water parameters had different correlation degrees with the cold resistance indexes in different periods of winter and the comprehensive assessments.Concretely,ψw0 and ε max had significant correlation and ψs0 had unconspicuous correlation with cold resistance indexes in different periods of winter,while RWC 0 had not.ψw0 and ε max had extreme significant correlation and ψs0 had significant correlation with the comprehensive assessment,while RWC 0 had not.So certain water parameters in late autumn could be taken into account as the referenced indexes to evaluate the cold resistance of deciduous tree.
