| 摘 要： | 为提高北京市蔬菜质量安全，掌握蔬菜中农药残留检出率的规律性，对北京市491个蔬菜样品进行了农药残留检测。结果表明：北京市蔬菜中农药残留检出率有一定的规律性，与蔬菜种类和月份分布相关。农药种类主要集中在杀虫剂，其中氯氰菊酯是农药检出率最高的农药种类，豆类、绿叶类、茄果类蔬菜是农药残留检出率较高的蔬菜种类，5月和11月是农药检出的高峰时期。

| Abstract: | In order to improve vegetables＇ quality and safety of Beijing, Study the regularity of detection rate ot the different types of pesticide residues, we also did testing on pesticide residual of 496 vegetable samples from Beijing. The results showed that the detectable rates of pesticide in vegetable varied with type of vegetable and cuhuring time. The detected rate in samples most belongs to insecticides. Cypermethrin was a kind of pesticide, which detectable rates was the highest. The detected rate in sample was high in legumes, Green-leaf vegetable and aubergine and fruits. The highest detected rate was found in May and November in the year. |
