几种杀菌剂对瓠瓜枯萎病的室内毒力研究

摘    要:为了筛选防治瓠瓜枯萎病的有效药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定8种杀菌剂对瓠瓜枯萎病的室内毒力和EC50值。结果表明,咪鲜胺、烯唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的EC50值分别为0.08526, 0.81147和1.03912 mg/L,证明这3种杀菌剂对瓠瓜枯萎病菌均有显著的抑制作用,代森锰锌、三唑酮和百菌清的EC50值分别为99.33022, 128.4983和112.112 mg/L,抑菌效果不佳。咪鲜胺的室内毒力最强,可在生产中试验应用。

Abstract:To screen the effective fungicides for the control of the disease, EC 50 of eight kinds of fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. sp. were tested by means of mycelium growth rate method under the condition of laboratory, respectively. The results showed that EC 50 values of prochloraz, diniconazole and difenoconazole were 0.08526, 0.81147 and 1.03912 mg/L, respectively, suggesting that the three fungicides tested all had good inhibition against the fungus. But mancozeb, triadimefon and chlorothalonil were not obviously inhibitory against the pathogen, with the EC 50 value being 99.33022, 128.4983 and 112.112 mg/L, respectively.
