| 摘 要： | 褪黑素是一种广为人知的动物激素，在动物中由松果体合成与分泌，参与动物的昼夜节律的调节。现已发现褪黑素在高等植物中广泛存在，但是目前有关褪黑素在植物中的功能研究还不是很多。已有的研究表明褪黑素在植物中可能的作用有调节光周期、参与生长调节、清除活性氧、提高抗氧化酶活性等。根据近年的研究结果对植物中褪黑素的作用进行综述。重点阐述已经发现的褪黑素在植物上的功能作用，对其潜在生理功能进行了预测，并指出了目前研究中的不足，突出需要重点研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Melatonin（N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine） is a well-known hormone of vertebrate,which is synthesized in pineal gland and secreted to the blood in animals.Melatonin is generally considered to be the chemical expression of darkness.Melatonin has been detected in a number of plant species.Its role in the plant kingdom is not clear enough.The suggested functional implications include the coordination of photoperiodic responses and regulation of plant growth,its participation as a free radical scavenging agent and up regulator of certain protective enzymes in the senescent process.This review presented a summary of the investigations in the plant melatonin field,and pointed out the problems.The potential functions of melatonin in plant kingdom were also predicted. |
