摘    要:为了研究设施栽培对杨梅光合作用特性的影响,以‘丁岙’杨梅(cv. ‘Dingao’)为试材,于2011年5月(杨梅果实发育期)用Li-6400光合作用仪测定大棚内外杨梅叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶片温度(Tleaf)、空气相对湿度(RH)等生理生态因子的日变化,同时对大棚内外‘丁岙’杨梅的叶片光响应、CO2响应曲线进行测定。结果表明,大棚内外杨梅Pn日变化都为双峰型曲线,大棚杨梅的CO2补偿点、饱和点以及净光合速率要大于大棚外杨梅;Pn与PAR、CO2浓度呈双曲线关系,与RH呈二次曲线关系,与Tleaf呈三次曲线关系。杨梅光合特性与环境因子有密切关系,研究结果可为设施杨梅环境调控提供理论支持。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of facility cultivation on photosynthetic characteristics of Myrica rubra leaves. Experiment was carried out in May 2011 with ' Dingao ' as test materials (cultivar at development stage). The daily variation of eco-physiological factors of Myrica rubra on the internal and external greenhouse were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in May, 2011: net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO 2 concentration (Ci), photosynthetic available radiation (PAR), leaf temperature (T leaf ), air relative humidity (RH) and so on. Also light response, CO 2 response curve of ' Dingao ' leaves on the internal and external greenhouse was measured to study the effects of facility cultivation on photosynthetic characteristics of Myrica rubra. The results showed that: Pn curves of Myrica rubra were both double-peak, the CO 2 compensatory point, CO 2 saturation point and net photosynthetic rate on the internal greenhouse were higher than that on the external greenhouse; there existed a hyperbolic relationship between Pn and PAR. A conic-curve relationship was found between CO 2 concentration and RH, a cubic-curve relationship between Pn and T leaf . The photosynthetic characteristics of Myrica rubra and environmental factors had a close relationship. The results could provide theoretical support for environment control of facility Myrica rubra.
