红麻细胞质雄性不育系与保持系的越冬抗寒性鉴定与相关性分析

摘    要:为了筛选抗寒性较强的红麻细胞质雄性不育系与保持系组合,提高其越冬栽培能力。以越冬期间梢部枯萎程度(梢部枯萎长度/株高)和早春植株成活率等为抗寒性指标,比较了7对红麻细胞质雄性不育系与保持系的抗寒性。隶属函数分析结果表明:(1)红麻雄性不育系的抗寒性强于保持系;(2)7对不育系/保持系的抗寒性强弱顺序为:L23A/B > 763A/B > P3A/B > K03A/B > 722A/B > 917A/B > F3A/B。相关系数分析结果显示:(1)抗寒性强弱平均值△与叶片数量、平均成活率、茎含水量呈极显著正相关,与叶片可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、茎可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸呈显著正相关;(2)与平均枯萎程度、叶片电导率、茎丙二醛(MDA)呈极显著负相关,与茎电导率呈显著负相关。不同组合红麻细胞质雄性不育系与保持系的抗寒性有一定差别,其强弱与某些生理生化指标呈现一定的规律性。

Abstract:In order to select strong cold winter resistance of cytoplasm male sterile lines and maintainers in kenaf, increased its ability to winter cultivation. Cold resistance of 7 group cytoplasm male sterile lines and maintainers in kenaf according to indicators such as wilt degree and rate of survival plant in early spring were identified. The analysis of membership function showed that: (1) the cold resistance of male sterile lines in kenaf was better than its maintainer lines; (2) the order on cold resistance 7 group materials: L23A/B〉763A/B〉 P3A/B〉K03A/B〉722A/B〉917A/B〉F3A/B. Analysis of correlation coefficient showed that: (1) there were highly significant positive correlation between average of cold resistance strength A with leaves number, survived rate of winter, stem water content and soluble protein, proline of leaves, stem soluble protein, proline of leaves showed significantly positive correlation; (2) There were highly significant negative correlation between A with degree of wilt, leaves conductivity, stem MDA, and stem conductivity showed significantlynegative correlation. The different combinations of cytoplasm male sterile lines and maintainers in kenaf, of some differences in cold resistance, its strength showed certain regularity with some of physiological and biochemical indicators.
