| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加快，土地的流转也在以惊人的速度前进，它所带来的直接后果是大量失地农民的出现。作为一类逐渐壮大的特殊群体，我们已经无法忽视他们的存在，有关他们的养老、就业、医疗、教育等一系列问题也成为目前亟待解决的社会问题，它关乎社会的和谐和稳定。因此，保证土地流转过程中失地农民的权益是保证城市化进程顺利开展的前提。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated process of urbanization,the land transfer was also an alarming pace,it was the direct consequence of the emergence of a large number of landless peasants.As a burgeoning class of special groups,we have been unable to ignore their existence about their pension,employment,health care,education and other issues have become urgent to solve social problems,it related to social harmony and stability.Therefore,to ensure that the process of land transfer rights of landless peasants was to ensure the smooth implementation of the urbanization process in the premise. |
