摘    要:为了比较小麦新品种的生理生化特性,以小麦‘矮抗58’和‘周麦18’为材料,对2个小麦新品种的光合特性、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及小麦株高和千粒重进行比较。结果表明,灌浆期‘矮抗58’净光合速率比‘周麦18’低3.4%;SOD的活性与可溶性糖含量分别比‘周麦18’高24.1%与15.2%;孕穗期及灌浆期‘周麦18’的蛋白质含量均高于‘矮抗58’,分别为17.6%和21.4%,但蛋白质含量与产量呈现负相关;成熟后‘矮抗58’株高比‘周麦18’低1.9%、千粒重高1.1%。‘矮抗58’具有产量更高、抗倒伏性更强的特性。

Abstract:In order to compare the physiological and biochemical characteristics among new varieties, 'Aikang58' and 'Zhoumail8' as the experimental materials, physiological and biochemical characteristics including photosynthetic characteristics, protein content, soluble sugar content, SOD activity, plant height and the thousand-grain weight were compared. The results indicated that, at filling period net photosynthetic rate of 'Aikang58' was 3.4% lower than 'Zhoumail8', while SOD activity and soluble sugar content of that were higher respectively by 24.1% and 15.2%. It also showed that protein content of 'Zhoumail8' was higher than 'Aikang58' by 17.6% at booting stages and 21.4% higher at filling period. But protein content was negatively correlated with yield. When mature period, plant height of 'Aikang58' was lower than 'Zhoumail8' by 1.9%, and grain weight was 1.1% higher. It should be concluded that 'Aikang58' had characteristics of higher yield and greater lodging resistance.
