小分子胶原多肽的抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为了研究小分子胶原多肽清除DPPH?自由基、羟自由基(-OH)的能力和抗氧化的能力。采用体外DPPH?自由基和羟自由基(-OH)清除系统测定小分子胶原多肽清除自由基的能力;建立D-半乳糖致衰老的模型小鼠,测定小鼠血液及肝脏组织内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,1000 kDa以下胶原多肽(CP1)组分在10 mg/mL浓度时,对DPPH?自由基的清除率为80%;40 mg/mL时对-OH的清除率为91.56%。与模型组相比服用CP1的小鼠血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.01);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著升高(P<0.05)。表明小分子胶原多肽具有显著的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:To study the scavenging effect of hydroxyl radical and DPPH.and antioxidant capacity of small collagen peptide(CP1).DPPH.and hydroxyl radical scavenging system was adopted to evaluate the scavenging effect.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in blood serum and liver tissue in D-galactose treated mice were analyzed.The results showed that,the scavenging ability of DPPH.radical was 80% in 10 mg/mL level and the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical was 91.56% in 40 mg/mL level.Malondi-aldehyde(MDA) content revealed a significant decrease in serum and liver(P〈0.01) and super oxidase dimutase(SOD) and Glutathione Per-oxidase(GSH-Px) activity revealed a significant increase(P〈0.05) than model group.Small collagen peptide(〈1000 kD) had obvious antioxidant activity.
