蝇蛆粉对蛋鸡免疫力和生产性能的影响

摘    要:为研究蝇蛆粉对蛋鸡免疫力和生产性能的影响,选择3000只星杂288蛋仔鸡,进行为期6周饲养实验(试验I);选择3000只生产期星杂288蛋鸡,进行为期3个月饲养实验(试验II),根据蛋白饲料的不同又分为试验组(蝇蛆粉型日粮)和对照组(鱼粉型日粮)。结果显示,试验I中,试验组与对照组相比,每吨食粮降低原料成本约60元,成活率提高3.2%(P<0.05),均匀度提高8%(P<0.05);试验II中,在试验期内产蛋数提高9.2%(P<0.05),蛋重提高9.616%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比试验组T-淋巴细胞、B-淋巴细胞的数量均有不同程度的增加。生产蛋鸡免疫球蛋白IgG提高9.5%、IgM提高7.1%。因此蝇蛆粉代替鱼粉饲喂蛋鸡是合理利用饲料资源、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的有效途径。

Abstract:To investigate the influence of Maggots powder on immunity and performance of Laying Hen.Experiment I:3000 Xingza 288 egg-chickens were randomly allotted to two groups,were fed with the diet with maggots powder(the maggots group) and fish meal(the control group) respectively for 6 weeks.Experiment II:3000 Xingza 288 Laying Hen were randomly allotted to two groups,were fed with the diet with maggots powder(the maggots group) and fish meal(the control group) respectively 3 months.The results showed that in Experiment I,contrast with the control group the diet cost of the maggots group were decreased 60 yuan/t,survival rate of egg-chickens was increased by 3.2%(P0.05),uniformity was increased by 8%(P0.05).In Experiment II,contrast with the control group laying member and the weight of eggs was increased by 9.2%(P 0.05) and 9.616%(P0.05) respectively.Contrast with the control group the members of T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes of egg-chickens and layers were increased.Contention of IgG and IgM of layers were increased by 9.5% and 7.1% respectively.The results indicated that supplementation of maggots powder in diet of laying hens was feasible.
