| 摘 要： | 相对于农村男性劳动力，农村已婚女性劳动力转移率低且非农就业形态较差。本文以保定市农村已婚女性为研究对象，科学选择调研样本，应用probit模型分析农村已婚女性劳动力转移就业的影响因素，以及各因素的影响方向和影响程度，为促进农村已婚女性劳动力转移提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Compared with the rural male labor,the labor force transfer rate of the rural married female is lower and the non-agricultural employment form is poorer.The article takes the rural married female in Baoding as the research subject and selects the samples scientifically.The article uses the probit model to analyze the influencing factors of the rural married female transferring employment,and then analyzing the direction and the degree of the influencing factors.It also gives suggestions for promoting the labor force transferring of the rural married female. |
