摘    要:为了研究与开发食用菌多糖作为一种有效的抗氧化资源,通过对已有文献所报道的食用菌多糖的提取纯化方法、理化结构特性及其生物活性进行归纳总结,旨在为后续食用菌多糖的进一步研究提供一定的基础和参考。

Abstract:In order to extensively investigate edible mushroom polysaccharides as an effective antioxidant resource. The article reported the extraction and purification methods, as well as the physical and chemical properties and bioactivities of edible mushroom polysaccharides by summarizing the literatures, then provided a basis for further studies and references.
