杨树抗性基因工程研究进展

摘    要:杨树是世界上广泛栽培的重要造林树种之一 ,已成为林木基因工程研究的模式植物 .目前在杨树的抗除草剂、抗虫、抗病等生物抗性方面的研究已取得了成功 ,但在非生物抗性方面的研究相对较少 .该文综述了国内外有关杨树抗性基因工程研究的最新进展 ,并提出了杨树抗性基因工程育种存在的问题 .

Abstract:Poplars are among the most important deciduous trees in the plantations over the world and used as the model system for the application of forest genetic engineering. Recently, much progress has been made in poplars biological resistance (e.g.,herbicide resistance, pest resistance, disease resistance) which covers some gene cloning, gene expression and gene transfer fields. But reports concerning non biological resistance are limited. The objective of this paper is to review the new advances in resistance gene engineering of poplars and to point out the existing problems about resistant breeding of poplars.
